As the tears trickle down and passion burns inside,
When faced with true wisdom and love one can never hide.
Everyone is sailing their ship in the beat possible way,
if the waves are rocky and you fall of course that's ok.

As the tension builds the intensity takes hold,
to turn the mirror on oneself is the only way to be bold.
In every moment we can create a heaven or a hell,
awareness is key passing emotions one can tell.

So picking yourself off the floor when the going gets tough,
to be ok with it all when you are overwhelmed with stuff.
When you have sampled exquisite moments and it's ripped away
and the moment is died he just steps away.

No explanation, no nothing it's supposed to be fine,
distance and compassion for self it takes time.
So coming back to the start and taking the first step again,
with the focus on value and love there will be more pain.

But what doesn't break our heart doesn't capture our soul,
the biggest lessons are learnt when you miss the goal.
When you are all used up and completely spent,
let yourself die once more in the arms of the heaven sent.
